Companies all over the world are discovering that ministering to the spiritual needs of their employees makes for a more motivated, caring work force with fewer absences, lower turnover rate, and more productivity. Providing interfaith, non-denominational spiritual care can create a more supportive atmosphere at your workplace for all employees going through major life transitions, marital difficulties, loss, and other issues that tend to distract people and reduce their productivity.

Depending on the size of the business, a corporate chaplain can come to your workplace once or twice a week, to touch base with employees and hold short, private conferences by appointment. In addition, we are available to schedule evening events for all employees and their spouses or significant others. These after-hours classes would be on life-enriching topics such as marriage, conflict resolution, financial planning, parenting, meditation, mindful eating or other personal growth-oriented topics.
